Uluwatu Temple, Kecak and Fire Dance Tour is a half day Tour

One of Bali’s nine directional temples, Uluwatu Temple (or Pura Luhur Uluwatu) was built and founded for the primary purpose of shooing away evil spirits from the island. Located high on top of a cliff, Uluwatu Temple is believed to house Bhatara Rudra the Balinese god of the elements and cosmic forces. Uluwatu Temple is found 250 feet above the Indian Ocean at the southern end of Bali. The temple is inhabited by large number of monkeys, who are extremely adept at snatching visitors’ belonging, including bags, cameras and eyeglasses. Keep a very close grip on all your belongings and stow away your eyeglasses if possible. The Kecak and Fire dance is performed at the Uluwatu Temple.

The Uluwatu Temple, Kecak and Fire Dance Tour Departs: Kuta. 3.00 pm, Sanur. 3.00 pm and Nusa Dua. 3.30  The cost is Au$45.00 per vehicle. Each vehicle can hold up to 7 People and goes to:

WHAT TO BRING?
The Fire Dance will last for about 2 hours, so you might want to be prepared with a sarong or jacket since it’s quite windy, also bring , hat, camera, money, sun glasses, sun screen and water.
