He was punctual, excellent value and polite. He was prepared to go anywhere and did not mind waiting for us at various locations. During our sightseeing tour with Mickey we visited the Mountain Batur Volcano - we made the mistake of eating at one of the restaurants there. Be warned the food was a terrible buffet - the most expensive meal we had on our holiday and by far the worst. All you pay for is the view, we were pressured into eating there by the restaurant staff. I am sure that view is available free of charge without having to eat in a restaurant.
